Tampon Dispensing Issues

My tampons aren't dispensing on my Model E. What do I do?

1. Is your dispenser loaded with the correct Aunt Flow tampon? Our dispensers only work with Aunt Flow Cartridge product. 

2. If your dispenser is loaded with Aunt Flow cartridge tampons, please remove all product and look down into the tampon hopper. Is the roller in the correct position?

If it isn’t in the correct position, it will require a gear replacement. We can ship you a gear that can easily be replaced on site.

Once you receive the gear, please use the instructions below to install.

3. If the roller is in the correct position, push the tampon side. Do you hear a crunching sound? If yes, it will require a gear replacement. We can ship you a gear that can easily be replaced on site.

    4. If the roller is in the correct position, does the roller rotate when you push the button? If it doesn't rotate, you will need a gear replacement. We can ship you a gear that can easily be replaced on site.

    5. Is the spline in your dispenser broken? We can ship you a replacement. The spline is the long rod that goes in the tampon roller (see left part on picture).
