      Pad Dispensing Issues

      My pads aren't dispensing on my Model E or Model P! What do I do?

      1. Is your dispenser loaded with the correct Aunt Flow cartridge pad? Our dispensers only work with Aunt Flow Cartridge product.

      2. If your dispenser is loaded with cartridge pads, is it loaded in the correct orientation? Please watch the linked pad loading video to confirm it's in the right orientation.
      3. If your dispenser is loaded with cartridge pads in the correct orientation, but still not dispensing, please fill out the quality intake form describing the issue and that you have confirmed it's in the right orientation. Our team will review within 2 business days.
