I'm having issues with the door staying shut on my Model E/P! What do I do?
1. Is the latch at the top of the dispenser broken? The picture below shows what a working latch should look like.
If it is broken, we can ship you a new latch.

2. Has the hinge pin come out of the dispenser? The hinge pin is the metal rod at the bottom that holds the front and back together.
If yes, we can ship you a new hinge pin.
